These are our policies regarding payment, deposit and appointments:

- To cancel your appointment, you have to call us or message us directly to the numbers provided.

- Please cancel your scheduled appointment 48 hours in advance to have your deposit back in full.

- Hair must be detangled prior to your appointment or charges will be added.

- DO NOT put any oil on your hair before coming to your appointment, hair must be shampooed unless you booked for that service.

- Not all prices are fix! The price may depend on the style, size and length that you want. If you want more information about the hair style you would like, please feel free to contact us.

The price displayed do not include the hair extensions. We do have the best hair with us that you can purchased. Call for more information about the price.

Walk ins:

- We open by appointments, but may accepts walk- ins if called before coming in. Please call us before coming in without an appointment, we will be able to tell if we could take you right away or not.
